Thought Org has been providing services for clients for almost 3 years now and has achieved excellent results in the services listed to both individuals and organisations alike. We work within an ethical framework which puts the client at the centre of all we do and are happy to be able to expand our service now to reach more people wanting to explore their potential.

Our core beliefs are that the person has all the internal resource they need. We provide the key to unlock the best of the person or the team to achieve their goals so they can develop self efficacy and confidence within their personal or professional lives.

Founder member of Thought Org, Alison Arrowsmith, has has over 27 years of Nursing Experience, has worked in the NHS and has gained a unique understanding of the effects of the mind and body and how that imbalance can undermine health and performance in individuals.

For the last 14 years Alison has honed her commercial skills in Sales and Account Manager roles within Industry where coaching of customers and Nurse Teams became a focus. The benefits of understanding what drives human nature has added value to the service of Thought Org, delivering a bespoke service to individuals and teams alike for improved quality of life and overall performance.
